In the process of work with eDitionForce application you may experience a loss of Internet connection or crash of the eDitionForce application itself. In such a case edition you've been working on would become locked.

To unlock an edition use the following procedure:

1. On the Administration eDitionForce menu , click Unlock editions. 
2. Select the project where edition is locked with a click on the Project drop down list.
3. Select the locked edition with a click on Edition drop down list.
4. After selection, Unlock edition button will appear in the right bottom corner
5. Press the button and edition will unlock.
6. Repeat the steps from 2.-5. if you have more than one edition locked.

Important: The edition lock may also occur if somebody from your administrative group is currently working on edition that s locked. Because of this, you may need to contact your coleagues from your team that have the same level of access to this edition before you proceed with unlock procedure.
